Mentoring & Accountability

Discipleship is not a program, it is a process of growth and maturity in Christ. While structured groups and courses are of great value, we also recognize that organic one-on-one or small group discipleship fosters perhaps the greatest growth. Our goal is for each individual to be part of a mentoring and accountability relationship of three to five people which meets on a regular basis. Most of these groups meet off-campus throughout the week.
